To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your reservation code and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, or bank account). Processing time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your mobile operator.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, contact us at vsc@momentumelectronics.store. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
VSC Verified currently delivers within Zambia. Delivery coverage and fees may vary by location. At this time, we focus on Lusaka and surrounding areas. If you are outside our current delivery zone, contact us before placing a reservation to confirm we can reach you.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address at the time of reservation. If your delivery address changes after you have reserved, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your reservation code.
VSC Verified is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If our delivery partner attempts delivery and you are unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. After two failed attempts, the device will be held for collection. If collection is not made within 7 days, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Please inspect your device at the point of delivery before signing for it. If you notice any discrepancy between the device received and your verification report, note it immediately and contact us within 24 hours. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be honoured.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you before your balance payment is requested. Where delivery is included in your order, this will be stated clearly.
