Refund Policy

1. When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid (deposit and balance) in the following circumstances:

  • VSC Verified is unable to source a device that meets our verification standards for your reservation within a reasonable timeframe
  • The device delivered to you does not match the specifications stated in your verification report
  • Your device arrives with a defect not disclosed in the verification report
  • VSC Verified cancels a batch before your device has been sourced

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Your deposit is non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  • You cancel your reservation after your deposit has been confirmed
  • You fail to pay your balance within a reasonable period after being notified that your device is ready
  • You refuse delivery of a device that matches your verification report without valid cause
  • You provided an incorrect or inaccessible delivery address and we are unable to complete delivery after reasonable attempts

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your reservation code and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, or bank account). Processing time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your mobile operator.

4. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, contact us at vsc@momentumelectronics.store. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.


Delivery Policy

5. Delivery Coverage

VSC Verified currently delivers within Zambia. Delivery coverage and fees may vary by location. At this time, we focus on Lusaka and surrounding areas. If you are outside our current delivery zone, contact us before placing a reservation to confirm we can reach you.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery is arranged once your balance payment has been confirmed. Typical delivery timeframes are:

  • Lusaka CBD and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
  • Other areas in Lusaka province: 2–4 business days
  • Outside Lusaka: timeframe communicated individually

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

7. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address at the time of reservation. If your delivery address changes after you have reserved, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your reservation code.

VSC Verified is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner attempts delivery and you are unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. After two failed attempts, the device will be held for collection. If collection is not made within 7 days, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

9. Receiving Your Device

Please inspect your device at the point of delivery before signing for it. If you notice any discrepancy between the device received and your verification report, note it immediately and contact us within 24 hours. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be honoured.

10. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you before your balance payment is requested. Where delivery is included in your order, this will be stated clearly.
