These terms govern your use of VSC Verified (vsc.momentumelectronics.store) and any purchase or reservation you make through our platform. By placing a reservation, you agree to these terms. VSC Verified is operated by Momentum Electronics, Zambia.
VSC Verified operates on a pre-order batch model. Devices are sourced and verified after reservations are confirmed — we do not hold stock in advance. Each batch has a fixed number of available slots. Slots are allocated on a first-paid basis; submitting a reservation form does not guarantee a slot until your deposit payment is confirmed.
A deposit is required to secure your slot in a batch. The deposit amount is displayed on the reservation form and payment page at the time of reservation.
Your deposit is deducted from the total price of your device. It is not an additional charge.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, or if you fail to pay the balance when your device is ready without reasonable cause. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details.
When your device has been sourced and verified, you will receive an email requesting the balance payment. The balance must be paid within a reasonable period of receiving this request. Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your reservation, at our discretion.
Every device sold by VSC Verified goes through a 7-point verification check covering battery health, Face ID, screen grade, IMEI status, camera, speaker, and microphone. A verification report is provided for each device.
VSC Verified guarantees that devices meet the stated minimum standards at the time of verification. Normal wear may occur during transit. We do not guarantee against future hardware degradation after delivery.
All prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Prices are fixed at the time of reservation. VSC Verified reserves the right to update pricing for future batches.
The referral programme is subject to change. Referral rewards are applied automatically and have no cash value. VSC Verified reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referral or fraudulent referrals) will result in cancellation of rewards and may result in cancellation of the associated reservation.
Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are subject to individual terms including expiry dates, usage limits, and applicable devices. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
VSC Verified's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from any transaction or delay.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Zambian jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new reservations made after the update date. Existing confirmed reservations are governed by the terms in effect at the time of confirmation.
